Booking is very simple process. You may use our form - just fill in the requested information and send it to us. We also accept bookings which are arranged via e-mail or fax.
Vouchers are issued and sent after receiving a definitive confirmation. Vouchers include all the details about the service and must be presented at any check-in. Prague point Ltd. is not
responsible for any charges incurred by lack of vouchers.
Check in and Check out
Check-in for all hotels and apartments is at 14:00, check-out is at 10:00. (These times may vary if your voucher indicates another time or in the case that a special arrangement was previously made with our agency in writing.).
Conditions
Alternative services Prague point Ltd will offer and book alternative services wherever possible when the requested service is not available. An alternative service is offered at the same or higher quality as the service requested. Please advise us if you don't wish to have any alternative services.
Payments
Payment of your stay may be made in advance or at the time of your arrival. We accept cash
payment and credit cards (VISA, AMEX, EC/MC). Deposit for at least one night or credit card guarantee is required at the time of confirmation. Vouchers will be send after
receiving it.
Cancellations & Charges
In the event of the cancellation of a previously confirmed booking a cancellation charge may apply (except in the event of having made prior special arrangements with our agency in writing).
